Some Projects I Have Done at INFORMATIK

• ASAŞ Aluminum

Design of aluminum lighting pole mold with Pro / E and simultaneous and indexing methods in 4-axis CNC, removing tool paths and machining them in a horizontal machining center. (With this project, ASAŞ has taken the design and mold processing work, which the company had to make outside and had to pay large costs, to its own structure, realized the production with its own engineers and got rid of many extra costs and advanced as technology.)

• DOKTAS

Modeling the aluminum steering crankcase part of 2011 Model Audi A3 for right and left vehicles in a discipline that can pass through the modelcheck system of VW Group with Pro / E without error, and updating the design according to the Aluminum Injection mold.

(With the approval of the data, it was ensured that the work was done by Döktaş and Döktaş VW has reached the 1st class supplier level.)

• ELATEK A.Ş

It is a company with quality certificates such as TS 16949, which produces rubber-based automotive, defense industry, white goods parts - The aim of the project with this company is to become a first-degree supplier to VW Group. In Pro / E of the hose systems in the vehicle, the data was created in VW CAD, drawing and modelcheck standards, and approvals were obtained from VW, and Elatek was made a first-degree supplier to the VW Group. Later, trainings and technical support were provided to the company's engineers.
